I love Hans Zimmer and I love GoT.
Why not combine them in a believable way?

I continue to use King Arthur's music to represent House Stark while i decided to use Beckett's Theme from Pirates of the Caribbean to represent House Lannister, I get a feeling of someone who is rich and powerful when i listen to his theme so it seems suitable for House Lannister.

First of something about the battle. It took place east of the Green Fork. The North and House Frey fought against the Lannisters and their Bannermen (House Brax, Marbrand and others). After Robb Stark crossed at the Twins with most of the cavalry he let the rest of his host, around 13,000 men plus 3,500 men of House Frey who joined him, march south the Green Fork. He gave the command of this army to Roose Bolton. When they met Tywin Lannisters host which was stronger than 20,000 men, the Lord of Casterly Rock thought the whole time he is fighting Robb Stark. After a bloody battle Roose Bolton and his men retreated. Its unknown how many men died on each side.

Although the Lannisters managed to restore parity on this front, to the south their positions at the Kings Landing were attacked by Stannis Baratheon and that lead to the Battle of the Blackwater, one of the largest in the War of Five Kings

A funny part (at least for me) of HBO's Game of Thrones episode 9 where Sir Tywin told Tyrion that him and his Wildlings will fight at the Vanguard.

Battle of Whispering Wood is a battle resulted in Stark victory during the War of the Five Kings. Robb Stark captured Jaime Lannister along with near a hundred knights and a dozen lords bannermen.

The Battle on the Green Fork was one of the early battles of 'The War of the Five Kings'. In this video I try to recreate the battle using the amazing Seven Kingdoms Mod for Total War: Attila.
