You can now play your favourite game 'Soccer' right on the Google homepage. Go to Google.com. It's an interesting game in which you have to block as many goals as you can to get the best score. If you prefer keyboard, you can use Left/Right arrow key to move in the respective direction and press 'Space' key to jump. If you prefer mouse, simply use to mouse to move the Goalkeeper and press 'Left' click to jump while playing the game. The game ends when the opponent scores 3 goals, and the result will display on your screen in the form of how many goals you have blocked.

New Google Doodle game, as of 10/08/12 (NZ time) there has been a new release. Today's edition covers the Penalty kick in Football. A simple goalkeeper and shooter game. You are the goalkeeper and your goal obviously is to block every shot by the kick taker. One point for each block. Have fun! :)

Today's Google doodle is a neat little soccer game in which you have to defend the goals for as long as you can. It's not that hard, to be completely honest and was a little disappointing after yesterday's game.

Soccer aka Association football aka Football is a very popular game, especcially in Europe and South America. Soccer has been included in every Olympiad except 1896 and 1932 as a men's competition sport. Women's football was added to the official programme in 1996.
