A few notes:
- I made at least three jumpcuts to get rid of unnecessary wandering and getting lost/random event triggering, to save time for your enjoyment.
- To get the Proto effect, you must have visited the fangames reference room at least once beforehand.
- I found out you can turn on the radio to the first channel to make butterflies guide the way to the Rabbit effect while in the Rose Garden. Very useful!

Welcome to Re : In, an Yume Nikki Fangame made in RPG Maker 2003 by Gaida, we follow the adventure of a lucid dreamer who's confined to her bedroom & balcony, not because she's locked in there, but she refuses to leave.

"Re : in (ver 0.00) is a Yume nikki fangame created by Gaida (Gaida the Duck) in RPG Maker 2003. In this game, you can explore various worlds through the eyes of the protagonists, find Effects(Pieces) and Names that have been missing. There are currently 2 playable characters along with 4 and 2(+1) effects, events and maybe some secrets(?) in the game. There are also some minor dialogues and voice lines in the game."

Instructions to get Re : In working if it keeps crashing when loading:

1. Open up the RPG_RT file (the one with "Configuration Settings" by it, one with the gear icon) and change the value from "0" to "1" by "FullPackageFlag=1", if the settings doesn't have the line in place already, simply type it out on a new line.

The game should open up now, but you may get an error screen that loads the following: "DirectDraw_Error (DDERR_UNSUPPORTED)", don't worry about this, follow the next step and you'll get into the game successfully (press F4 and the game will eventually go from Fullscreen to Window).

2. Create a shortcut of the execute application of the game (the icon that has the sword on it with yellow background), right click and create a shortcut of that to your desktop screen. Right click on the shortcut created, click Properties, then look under Compatibility and ensure you tick the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)". Click Apply then Ok.

The game will load now, if it still doesn't, contact the developer, link above.
